As part of its purpose, WUFA+ organizes training sessions and other events for children and adolescents. The present General Terms and Conditions serve as the basis for the conclusion of contracts for all courses offered by WUFA+.
Eligibility to Participate: Children and adolescents between the ages of 4 and 12 are eligible to participate in the courses offered by WUFA+.
Use of Images/Photos/Videos: The legal guardians agree that photos and video recordings of their child may be taken during and in the course of the training sessions or tournaments for the purpose of public relations by WUFA+ and its cooperation partners, and may be published.
Health, Liability, and Accident Insurance: By registering, it is confirmed that the participant is physically healthy and must be covered by health and liability insurance through the legal guardians. There is an obligation to inform about any medications being taken, existing allergies, and if the participant is not allowed to perform certain exercises for health reasons. The participant must be covered by health and liability insurance through the legal guardians. Injuries and the journey to and from the training location are covered by the respective insurance of the legal guardians. Medical treatment costs due to injuries and/or illnesses are covered by the legal guardians’ valid health insurance. The purchase of accident insurance is recommended.
Prices and Payment Terms: The prices are derived from the respective service description page. If the price is not listed, it can be requested from the provider.
Once registration is complete, the contract becomes effective and no refunds are possible. Termination of membership must be submitted via written cancellation by email (contact@footballacademy-plus.ch) with a notice period of one month before the end of the semester. Otherwise, the membership will automatically be renewed. The semesters are aligned with the school semesters and end in February (before the sports holidays) and in July (before the summer holidays).
After registration, you will receive a separate confirmation of registration, which will again list the payment terms. If the participant defaults on payment, the provider may charge a flat fee of CHF 25.00 per reminder as compensation for the default. The provider reserves the right to claim further damages for delay.
